CTUS: Connecticut's Voice for Urology M.D.s
The Connecticut Urology Society (CTUS), founded in 2009, is the largest professional association for the advancement of urologic patient care, and represents more than 85% of the urologists practicing in Connecticut. CTUS seeks to ensure that our members are current on the latest research and practices in urology and are formally represented at the State Capitol for all medical issues involving urology. The CTUS fosters the highest standards of urologic care by providing a wide range of services—including educational meetings(CME), legislative and socioeconomic training and updates our members on healthcare policy, both nationally and locally. The CTUS is governed by its board of directors and has representation in the Connecticut State Medical Society and on the CAC advisory board. CTUS works each and every day to insure that the needs of our members are met and that all Connecticut Urologists have the ability to collaborate on issues of patient care and continued education.
